The villas will be set on 7 acres of prime real estate. This new development of 14 houses and lots is situated on the beautiful Canelles beach next to the future Ritz Carlton Golf club. 15 minutes drive to the north will give you access to the new Praslin development where you will find another 18 hole golf course and a marina. The Residences' at Ritz Carlton St. Lucia   Friday,  December 14, 2007 – Construction of Phase One of the island's latest resort 'The Residences' at Ritz Carlton St. Lucia, got its official start on Tuesday December 11th, following a ground breaking ceremony in the island's south.    The property being developed in Black Bay, Vieux Fort, consists of a 275 room hotel, spa, and golf course, at a costs  some Three Hundred Million Dollars. The entire project is being undertaken by the Irish Property Development Company, Roebuck International, and is projected for completion in seven years time.
