minutes from north Cap Estate and Rodney Bay and about

English town house. The kitchen, living area and guest rest room
are on the first level and the 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, laundry
room and spacious balcony are upstairs. The balcony provides the
perfect setting for a get together or romantic dinners with
magnificent views to the bay and out to sea. Start your day with
a freshly baked croissant and good coffee at the baguette shop
and watch the yachts being prepared for their next charters and
the courtyard coming to life as the shops open up.

The apartment is conveniently located for the
services of The Marina Village which include bakery,
supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, car rental, boutiques,
gift shops, art gallery and banking facilities. There is
convenient access from The Marina Village to the public
facilities of the luxury Discovery at Marigot Bay resort and
spa. Taxi and ferry services are available outside the
courtyard.

All bedrooms have mosquito netting on the
windows, ceiling fans and AC. They are very comfortable
and furnished to a high standard; the drapes are lined.
All linens are provided.

The bathrooms are completely tiled and
have modern European fixtures. The showers have glass
partition and glass doors, the vanity tops are marble
and the face basins are made from glass. All linens are
provided.
Rates include: transfer from the
airport to the apartment or vice versa (one trip only),
Monday to Friday maid service, welcome pack (household
essentials to start you off with, coffee, tea, mineral
water, )
