An exotic one bedroom cottage, situated on a hillside with exceptional views of Pigeon Island National Park and the Caribbean Sea . Ti Zan, located above the main house Zandoli, has a large verandah with a panoramic view of the sea, Pigeon Island and the Rodney Bay area. This leads into an open plan bedroom (with queen size bed) and kitchen all enjoying the spectacular view.

The shower area, designed with a mix of local and imported stone, is suspended partially outdoors, with large traditional windows wide open to the view.

Both Zandoli and Ti Zan were designed with a blend of modern and traditional architectural detailing of their roofs, eaves and windows to capture the most of the prevailing winds to ensure tropical but cool comfort year round.
