Saint Lucia’s tropical fruits include mangoes, papayas, pineapples, soursops, passion fruit, guavas, & coconuts. Local chefs combine the island's fresh produce with a variety of fresh seafood to create Creole-style entrees. Callaloo soup, is the national dish. It’s delicious.
