All double bedrooms are ensuite and have air conditioning. The main villa Cadasse has 3 double bedrooms, swimming pool and spa, sun decks and shaded areas to enjoy as well. The property is gated and is completely secure within its own boundary. Orchid Cottage is a romantic one bedroom hideaway for two. With its own entry gate and being well screened in the tropical garden it is very private. It has a plunge pool sun decks and shaded areas. The gardener delights in growing tropical produce that guests can enjoy. If required Cadasse and Orchid Cottage can be rented together.

The villa stands on a hill top with views of mountains and the Caribbean and Atlantic ocean. There are 3 floors. The upper floor has the master bedroom with its own large covered balcony. A perfect place to enjoy a rum punch, or watch the sun set over the Caribbean and see the cruise boats head out to sea. The middle level contains the living accommodation, well appointed kitchen, dining area, and lounge. This opens onto the pool with sun decks and spa. An outside shower is near the pool. The enclosed garden has orchids and other tropical plants. The lower level has two further bedrooms each with a king sized bed that can be made into two single beds. Each has its own private patio area. A maid service is provide 6 days a week.

This holiday location is well placed to enjoy all that St Lucia has to offer. Cadasse over looks the championship golf course and the clubhouse is only 2 minutes drive away, both of which are open to non members. The main tourist area at Rodney Bay is 10 minutes away by Car. There is a supermarket, shops and many restaurants. The Rodney Bay Marina is easily reached with its boat hire and a wide variety of water sporting activities. Boats to Martinique leave from here as do coastal tours of the Island. Castries has its colourful market and duty free shopping arcade and is 20 minutes drive away. The Pitons can be reached by car or boat. Beaches of the Caribbean are but a short distance away. The Atlantic is better suited to wind surfing while the Caribbean beaches are more popular for swimming. Pigeon Point, 5 minutes away by car, is a nature reserve with beaches walking trail and a restaurant where on Sundays there is live jazz.
