Villa Ashiana
Villa Ashiana has magnificent
views to Marigot Bay and out to the Caribbean
Sea. It is located in a residential area with a
five minute walk to the ferry dock. A small
ferry operates around the clock taking
passengers to restaurants and amenities around
the bay. The newly built Marina Village features
a French Baguette Shop and Café, boutiques,
souvenir shops, a supermarket, bank, beauty
parlor, travel agency, car rental and
Laundromat. A medical center is expected to open
soon.Taxi and water taxi services are available
at the entrance to Marina complex. Marigot Bay
is also home to Moorings Yacht Charter and
Dive-Fair Helen, a Scuba Diving PADI base. Villa
Ashiana is very spacious and comfortably
accommodates up to 10 people. The villa is a two
story building. A large stairwell in the entry
hall leads to 5 bedrooms and a study. All
bedrooms have air conditioning and are
attractively furnished.

The villa
has a study on the first floor with phone, lap
top and a printer. (DSL modem, HP printer, DSL
internet router, lap top). Airport transfers,
car rental, private driver, baby sitting,
private chef and in house massage can be
arranged. Rates are available on request. Please
note that our housekeepers are not trained
nannies. Should you make baby sitter
arrangements with them, it would be at your own
risk.

The master bathroom has a
unique feature; foldable louver shutters
above the vanity unit open up to
magnificent view of Marigot Bay beyond
the bedroom. On the back of the shutters
are mounted mirrors for your
convenience.

bedrooms are equipped with AC units, a
hair dryer and an alarm clock. Three
bedrooms have views of the bay and the
remaining two have views out onto the
garden.
