Admiral’s Quay is situated in the townhouse development of Admirals Quay, which is situated in Rodney Bay within easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, the JQ Shopping Mall and the many restaurants of Rodney Bay.
Admiral’s Quay #5 has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cablevision TV. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a small powder room
Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed and ensuite shower room and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

• Property is fenced and gated and there is a security guard every night from 8pm to 6am. He patrols the property at least once an hour.

Admiral’s Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool.
Staffing – half day maid service –Monday to Saturday.
